Meet Amna

At Amna Hasnain Coaching, I believe in the transformative power of coaching to help individuals discover their true potential and find fulfillment in their careers. As the founder of Amna Hasnain Coaching I understand the impact that coaching can have firsthand. After experiencing restlessness and a persistent feeling of something missing in my own career, I sought the guidance of a coach which eventually led me to transition from a successful finance career to becoming a leadership coach and creating the Career Blueprint program. Now, through my coaching practice, I am dedicated to helping others find their dream roles and experience the same sense of certainty and satisfaction I have found. 

Amna’s Story

A few years ago, I started feeling restless and there was a disquiet that crept up late at night, gnawing on me as I would try to drift off to sleep. I chose to ignore it at first - what did I have to feel discontent about? I had my health, family, friends, a wonderful home, a stable and promising 15+ year career in finance - asking for anything more just seemed greedy. But no matter how many times I tried to squash it, that nagging feeling of “there’s something missing in my career” lingered and continued to haunt me. 

I hired a coach and spent the next six months on an introspective journey - and that’s when the puzzle pieces began to fall into place. As I worked with my career coach, I went from a place of frustration and confusion to feeling energized and motivated. It didn't happen overnight though - making a big change is hard. Eventually, I bid adieu to my finance Excel spreadsheets and moved to human resources, leading University Recruiting at a global semiconductor company.

In parallel, I trained on how to become a coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), one of the top coaching schools in the country.  I started my leadership coaching practice and have loved every minute of it – running my own practice has been a rewarding, empowering, and freeing experience and I feel blessed to have found my calling. 

And that nagging whisper of discontent? That’s gone now, replaced by a feeling of certainty and peace. 

On the personal side - I love trying out new experiences and sharing adventures with family and friends. I spend my free time reading, traveling as much as possible, nursing my coffee addiction (I practically live at Starbucks), & indulging in the occasional Netflix binge.
